Why one generalist beats four specialists
For a small or mid-sized company, the bottleneck is almost never talent. It is handoff.

Can you really work US business hours?
Yes. Nepal is UTC+5:45, roughly 9 hours 45 minutes ahead of US Eastern in summer and 10 hours 45 minutes otherwise. I already work with US-based companies on that schedule and keep overlapping hours for meetings and deploys. Async work happens while you sleep.
Why a generalist instead of specialists?
Most delay in marketing work is handoff, not execution. An SEO finding that needs a code change normally waits in a dev queue. I do both, so it ships the same day. For smaller teams it is also considerably cheaper than four specialists or an agency retainer.

How is this different from an offshore staffing agency?
Staffing firms place one specialist and take a margin, usually landing between $800 and $2,000 a month for a single skill set.
